Q: WHAT IS THE DIAMETER OF THE SADDLE? DOES THE SADDLE HAVE A RUBBER PAD?
3 years agoA: The diameter is 4.5 inches (11.5 cm) and yes, it has a pad. Pad is good for use when jacking up at the rear differential.

Q: Does this lift drop with a twist of the handle? Or is it the type to have a small cap to drop?
4 years agoA: Comes down by twisting handle to the left. A quarter turn or will generally be enough to start the lift down if it has weight on it.

Q: I have an older model (10yrs+?), seems to be leaking oil now. Not sure where it is coming from, but there is slight oil build up on the back area where the safety valve covers appear to be and also down the back side of the same area. Any suggestions?
3 years agoA: Change it, not worth the risk filling it back up yourself and something going wrong. Sounds like its done its time.

Q: What is the size of the hole that holds the saddle?
5 years agoA: The hole on the lift arm saddle plate is 24mm in diameter, but it is worth noting that using alternate saddles/lift plates not supplied by the manufacturer is not recommended.

Q: Bought this product. the plastic block is still very difficult to be removed by following all instructions on the instruction manual. Anyone has an idea in how to getting that removed?
