Oil change gone completely wrong

The worst oil change I’ve ever had the technician mangled the seal for the oil pan plug when my wife got home. It leaked all over our newly coded driveway. The manager showed up the next day to look at it and said he would deal with it the next day the next day waited for them to come and fix the driveway. They were a no-show. It’s the last time I will ever take anything to Canadian tire automotive.

THIS DOES NOT FIT A 2019 VW TIGUAN. I gave the employee the part number from the tablet on the shelf and he checked the back since there were no more on the shelf. He gave me this and insisted that although it wasn't an exact match with the one I requested, that he checked and it is also compatible with my car. It wasn't. I didn't keep the receipt so didn't bother to return it.
