As expected, the cart came disassembled. Once assembled, it is sturdy and well suited for my needs. There were severa; unexpected issue with my purchase; the assembly diagram/booklet wasn't for the same model...possibly a previous version. Secondly, the molding "flash" on the trays was very coarse and needed to be cleaned up with drill bits and knives in order to allow assembly.
The instructions recommended the use of a soft hammer but this wouldn't have worked, requiring quite a bit more force. The perceived level of force is would have conceivably damaged the tray's pocket ends. For the price, would have expected a lit more quality control.
