Sounds Like a Good Deal....

Sounded like a great deal but the air compressor can't even pump up a little Honda Civics tires! It was on sale (now i know why). I came back to Canada to buy it because I love Canadian Tire. Can't return it because I'm in the US and the return time I'm sure has passed. Bag is nice. Looks pretty.... doesn't perform.

The jump starter should boost this type of battery as long as: • The vehicle manufacturer approves the use of this battery in the vehicle • Battery is in good working condition and has had a charge recently • Battery is not sitting cold for long a period of time below -20c • Engine is a 6 cylinder engine or smaller • The vehicle does not run on diesel gasoline Let me know if you have any other questions. Q: First time starting was great but that was it. Either there is something wrong with unit or I am doing it wrong. Is a a full demo of starting something? Charge says 100% but seems not to have enough power.

A: Thank you for your question. Please refer back to the instruction manual provided with the kit to see if you are able to resolve the issue by working through each step again. If you require a copy of the manual, please reach out to our customer service department and we will send a PDF version to you. Without testing the item we are unable to determine whether the issue is related to usage error or a product issue. We also recommend that the power bank should be maintained by topping up the charge every 3 months. This will prolong the service lifespan of the battery, limiting the loss of charge capacity over time. For other helpful information and tips on maintaining your kit, please reference the FAQ section of the manual.
