Q: First time starting was great but that was it. Either there is something wrong with unit or I am doing it wrong. Is a a full demo of starting something? Charge says 100% but seems not to have enough power.

If you require a copy of the manual, please reach out to our customer service department and we will send a PDF version to you. Without testing the item we are unable to determine whether the issue is related to usage error or a product issue. We also recommend that the power bank should be maintained by topping up the charge every 3 months. This will prolong the service lifespan of the battery, limiting the loss of charge capacity over time.
