Rubber tip popped off with minimal pressure, no grease went into joint, useless, returned it

It's not designed to work. It has a threaded shaft under the rubber piece, however, the rubber piece has no metal threads underneath. Just a piece of rubber slipped on to the threads. When you pump grease through it, guess what, it just comes out the bottom of the rubber and makes a big mess. The whole point of this tip is to seal around the hole you're trying to pump grease into so that the grease goes into the hole. Nope. You get no grease out the end but lots on your hands. Come on CT, make some effort to supply something that actually works, not just a poor quality imported copy.
