    Disappointing service

    While I'm sure the battery will be fine, the experience was not. I came with my old battery and the CT employee stated that he would have to charge me the core charge, then credit the core charge in another transaction. After the initial payment, he said he'd be back after he went to help the next in line. I said no, I waited on line and my purchase isn't complete until I get credited for the core charge. He reluctantly completed my transaction. When ringing up the credit of $10, I stated it should be $11.30 to credit the tax. He stated no tax was charged on the core charge so it's only a $10 credit. A 100% false statement. Now, it's my bad for taking him at his word and not doing the math, but CT really needs to train their staff better. I'm not worried about being ripped off the $1.30, it's the principle. Very disappointed in this whole experience.

    • A: This battery is wet not a jell cell. Worked great in my sled it is a wet cell
