Set screw got loose... difficult to tighten as its access point is between the wall and faucet. After just 3 years the wand failed to be switching between stream and spray.

Broke down after 5 years

Such an expensive faucet and it just fell apart. Faucet arc just fell off. It seems that a metal gasket that was holding the arc to the base broke. Inferior metal used.

The Moen STO pull-down kitchen faucet uses our Reflex™ hose and hose weight system to ensure smooth operation, easy movement and secure docking of the pull-out sprayer. With regard to retracting and holding the sprayer tightly to the end of the spout, this is done by the proper placement of the hose weight on the hose under your sink. You will note that there is a natural loop that the sprayer hose makes under the sink; find the mid-point of this loop and 3” off center on the side going up to the sprayer and position the weight. This will ensure that the weight provides enough tension to keep the sprayer in the end of the spout. You will also want to make sure that the path the hose and the weight move through is not blocked or impeded by anything under the sink.

This style caught our eye, especially the way the pull out sprayer retracts into the faucet body. The spot resistant finish is great and the sprayer delivers a strong flow in both normal and spray settings. This product is a definite winner.
