Repeatedly stops working or water switches on by itself - sometimes when we’re out or in the middle of the night can’t be switched off manually Our plumber says he’s had to replace these and we’re going to do the same Awful design

Great minus the WIFI feature

works like a charm and is amazing BUT can't get it to connect to the app. even when it was reset, doesn't work. regardless, the motion sensor works without it. Next time, I will get the fingerprint less version.

Just installed new faucet but this is the second one. The first one died with in a month and this was the replacement. Moen sent the new one right away without any hassles. Works great with Alexa.

Serious issue after a year

a year ago

We have had this faucet about a year and a few weeks ago the pressure started dropping off. After checking the batteries, cleaning filter, and having a plumber come out it seems to be an issue with the faucet itself. Trying to figure out how to get it replaced.

I just installed and my faucet looks great. The setting up with WiFi was horrible. I had to reset it and go through restarting my router and then trying to it on my WiFi. Waiting to get used to using the Alexa support and the right wording to use.
