Flawed design, cheaply made

My beautiful new bathroom has a flaw - this cheaply made Moen towel ring which snapped off its wall base after a few weeks of use.

Poor Design
a year ago
I am about to request my third one of these in a little over a year. I have Eva accessories in my new bathroom and I need them to match. I love this towel ring but the C-loop keeps coming out and there’s no way to secure it back in my place. This needs to be re-designed. Very frustrated.

Not great

I had these installed in my new home. No set screws. Have been in my home 9 months. The hand towel holder is in a small powder room that does not get a lot of use. The holder itself is falling out of the fixture. No set screw, won’t stay in. Looking at either superglue or pulling out . Can’t find a set screw so it will stay in. I am glad I have not purchased 3 more to put by my other sinks. Looking for other more long lasting options. I want to love it and did until about a month ago, when it fell apart.
