Bought this a couple of years for the LED space saving fireplace wanted to get a another one for upstairs but found they are discontinued at Canadian Tire. Why is that?

The fireplace effect(3D) is one of the best we have seen. It can be used alone or with 2 heat settings (both very good on wattage i.e. 600/1200) In our living room 600 watt setting was fine.

Q: Can we get a fan and a attachment? Unit made noise the second time used. We lost receipt so CT wouldn't take it back. When opened, we found fan had lost one blade somehow. Can we get just the fan and attachment so we can repair it ourselves?
