    Bought this a month or so ago, I was pretty unenthusiastic at first but quickly was turned around, it follows you so smoothly while you vacuum, isn’t crazy loud and has excellent suction. We will be buying a power head for it but that’s probably all. Keeps up with two Bernese a heeler and toddler easily. The bag takes a shocking amount of time to fill up as well, way longer than I expected.

    A little tricky to use

    It can be hard to find the balance of suction and the ability to glide over surfaces. If you go to high it chatters as you go back and forth. Our old Miele did not have this issue

    Q: Do you need to purchase vacuum bags?

    • A: You need to purchase bags. Bags are not very expensive and they work amazing. It is much cleaner and easier than bagless. I had a Dyson and it was terrible.
