Falls apart and damages items

It's a great duster at first, but it mats after washing.
-the duster is not removable for washing
-the duster is wound around a metal spindle and the rubber tip comes off exposing items you're dusting to scratching
-the handle fell apart after a month of use

The duster works well. The microfibres really pick up the dust well. The head detaches from the extender making it easier to wash. However, it would be nice if additional heads were sold separately.

Awesome product!

I bought this product today and I used it to collect the cob webs on my high ceiling on my 3rd floor and it reached without using a step ladder! Note....I am also 5'8" This product works like a hot dang! It's fantastic for around the light fixtures, door frames...etc!

A: From the bottom of the handle to the tip of the duster, fully extended, its about 6 feet long.

A: There is no need for a refill as it comes off the end and is machine washable. We haven't had to wash ours yet, but it looks like it would hold up well in a machine.
