The Metabo HPT 3-1/2-in 18V Plastic Strip Collated Nailer delivers the power of pneumatics with cordless freedom. Powered by Metabo's 18V battery (sold separately), this cordless nailer can drive up to 400 nails per charge for framing applications. With no air hose or tank required, it's ideal for punch-out work and portability between jobsites. Accepting 30° clipped or offset round head nails from 2-in to 3.5-in, the 18v nailer adjusts depth of drive for professional finishes on varying materials. Switch between sequential and bump fire modes on the control panel. The brushless motor provides extended runtime and durability. Wonderful tool

Great framing nailer. It's nice not having to use a compressor and hose. Plus the fact there's no need to worry about adding oil or seals failing. The only downside is the weight of the tool and added battery.

A game changer for framing nailers

This framing nailer is very powerful and offers an incredible increase in portability and production. The air spring system offers plenty of power and keeps up with the work and allows you to not have to drag a hose and compressor around or have to wait for your compressor to charge up before you can continue nailing. The biggest con to this nailer is going to be the weight, this tool is heavy especially if you use a multivolt battery on it. This nailer has been a great tool and is one that all framers should own even if only used for punch list work.

Convenient and reliable framing nailer!

I got this as a gift from my late father in 2019 and it’s one of those tools I didn’t even know I needed! Genuinely easy to use and adjust, battery powered nailers are so much easier to use than having to drag a cumbersome air compressor to a job site. Metabo HPT tools are always quality so it’s a great battery platform to invest in as well. I genuinely have nothing negative to say about this nail gun.
