The Metabo HPT 18V Brushless Grinder powers through tough grinding applications with its 9,000 RPM no-load speed. Equipped with a brushless motor for efficiency and durability, this lightweight brushless grinder features an auto-mode to reduce noise and vibration when not under load. Awesome cordless angle grinder!

This is a very nice cordless angle grinder. It is lighter than most other 4 1/2" grinders making it very easy to handle. The auto speed option works great at saving battery life. The grinder is much quieter then I expected. I have owned Hitachi/Metabo cordless tools for years and had great experiences with reliability and performance. I do recommend this grinder.

Great grinder, versatile and powerful

I've been running this grinder for awhile now for grinding, stripping, and cutting. Go with any battery 3 amp/hrs plus and you'll appreciate the power of this grinder for a cordless. As always from Metabo HPT, very ergonomic, not bulky and awkward like many of the competitors. The only thing it could use is an electronic brake, it tends to overrun. Numerous batteries in the HPT lineup means you have a variety of options when paired with other Metabo HPT 18V and 36V tools. You can't go wrong with this grinder, it has held up well to daily use in a variety of conditions.
