It’s a pretty solid cart. Can fit a ton of tools in it. Would be nicer if the drawers would open the full extension instead of stopping an inch or so short. But for the price it definitely does the job!
The liner for the top tray came with a piece ripped out of it, and was missing 2 flat washers for installing the casters.

Nice tool cart on sale!

Was on sale plus used Canadian Tire money with 20% back. Other reviewers said it's a two person job. Just build the frame first. Flip the drawers upside down then install the frame. Tip to back over after you put a couple bolts in.

A: 16" is about the size of the gas strut of the original. It says to hold about 5lb each side and mine has failed to. Found a very close replacement on Amazon with the part #APGS0725 A-Premium 15.70 inch 10lb Lift is the closest there is and better than manufacter

A: I can only answer your 3rd question and what I can tell from the pic is that this one has a deep drawer and 2 smaller drawers compared to the blue one looks like it has 4 full length drawers.
