The MAXIMUM 1/2-in Air Impact Wrench is designed to quickly and efficiently remove stubborn lug nuts. Boosted by twin hammer power, this air wrench delivers 2x the working torque when compared to a standard air-powered impact wrench. Powerful and robust, this pneumatic drill delivers up to 650 ft-lb of torque (7500 RPM) and can tighten or remove stubborn nuts and bolts up to 5/8”. A forward/reverse switch allows you to go from tightening a nut or bolt to removing it easily. A built-in regulator lends precise speed and torque control to this air impact wrench, while the composite body provides greater durability and reduces vibrations. The ergonomic rubber grip helps to reduce hand fatigue during extended use of the air tool, while handle exhaust allows you to direct exhaust air away from the work area. A screened inlet prevents dirt particles from entering the air intake, preserving the tool’s longevity. This product includes an air-powered impact wrench, a 1/4” NPT plug, and a bottle of oil.

Q: Compressor & Air requirements What is the compressor gallon capacity requirements for this tool. Is a 3 Gal compressor enough?
10 years agoA: Adding to my last answer. I have just purchased this tool. Here are the specs off the box. >3.7 CFM & 3.0 HP. A 2 HP compressor with a 5-6 gal tank will be adequate for light duty intermittent use. It increases from there with HP and tank capacity. Hope this helps. Cheers >3.7 CFM means your compressor needs to be capable of greater than this number.

Q: Is there a rebuild kit for the Maximum 1/2" air Impact Wrench? This impact wrench did work well, now just blows air out the back of the gun.

Q: There is a vent at the bottom of this impact wrench which releases air. Is it supposed to be releasing air when not in use?
