Coffre non stable très decevant

Je suis très déçu se coffre oscille d'avant vers l'arrière simplement en ouvrant les tiroirs, car les 4 roue sont très instables.
J'ai contacté le support, il connaissais le problème, mais ne font rien, le coffre est bien coté tout de même....
De plus les tiroirs sont très raide.
Essayer en magasin avant d'acheter, un coffre maximum pour quelques 100$ de plus va terriblement mieux.
Il n'existe pas de roue HD de remplacement
