A: Based on some research I believe a fine-tip Phillips is required, I would recommend taking the key fob into your local Canadian Tire store and checking the open stock screwdrivers to see which one it the correct fit, or purchase a set of precision drivers such as 057-3281.

A: Warranties only cover damage from defects in workmanship or material. If the product breaks from normal wear and tear, it will not be covered.
