I needed a little air compressor.. The price was right so I bought it.. Mastercraft is a good brand.. Only drawback to this unit is it is very noisy.. Hard to have in a small area..

Awesome little compressor, came with hose and tire valve fitting. Unit has air pressure regulator valve to adjust the air pressure when using small air staple gun. Bought an adapter package with quick couplings, blow gun, tire chuck, soccer ball fitting and tire gauge.Just plug in and turn on the switch. Light enough to carry to the job. Air pressure doesn’t leak down when shut off. And both were on sale. Perfect for every home garage.

It does exactly what i bought it for. Pumping up tires and balls and using it for finishing nailing. The only thing is it's very loud. I guess you get what you pay for

Q: will it work for bust opening lug nuts of a van?

  • A: NO, even my large 2 piston 220V compressor won't break loose super tight lugs with my Campbell Hausfeld ( t needs more pressure). This is best suited for a brad nailer and pumping up tires. I have used it on a large air nailer, but recovery time is needed.

  • A: Yup, I’ve got the same one. I used it in the cold winter months to put air in my truck tires and it had no problems at all with that blew up with In seconds

  • A: Best for airing car tires, soccer balls, air brush. Very suitable for a brad nailer, I have used it on a large air nailer but not good for big jobs. It is not quiet.

  • A: Volume vs pressure, I'd say you'd be disappointed. I use air to blow out my 5th wheel water lines, for that I would say yes it would work (I use my large compressor because it is close enough) But depending on the size of your yard I think the volume of a sprinkler system would be best served by a larger tank compressor. Maybe someone with a sprinkler system can offer better advise.

Q: Do I need to buy quick couplers before using it. I fired it up and the one gauge hit full pressure (left side) but the gauge on the right didn't move. I screwed the attachment for pumping tires directly onto the hose but get nothing.
