Qualité moindre que celle des outils disponibles au dollarama. La portion à l’intérieur des pinces comportait un rebord supplémentaire qui dépassait et semblait un peu tranchant et le plastique de la poignée était mal moulé, donc défauts de fabrication en sortant de l’emballage. Je pensais qu’en me procurant un outil garanti à vie, ce serait une qualité acceptable. J’en avais acheté 2 et les deux ont étés retournés (un ouvert et l’autre non). Obtenir un remboursement et échanger pour un outil d’une autre marque s’est avéré facile: merci aux employés pour leur bon service.
