Myth Busted: The internet suggests using a suction cup to grip / help slide gapped interlocking tile. The ONLY way this might even come close to working is if tile is 150% smooth.

I still have storm windows on my 1960s constructed bungalow. The outside panes are a very close fit and require being lifted up, then out, to remove them for cleaning. Talk about the right tool for the job - it's perfect!

Q: I wonder how big is the suction cup diameter? I plan to use suction cup to close the gap between 2 hardwood planks. I will need to do quite a lot of planks. However, my planks are ~3 inches and will need suction small but close enough to do trick.
