Truly useless. Do not buy this.

We bought this item to store our bicycles in our garage. It was a complete and utter failure.
Installation was complicated by the fact that some of the pilot holes were too small for the screws, so I had to use a power drill to widen the holes.
Then when it was put together, it would not sit evenly on the ground. It was so warped and poorly constructed.
When we put our 2 bikes in the rack, one of the bikes had to lean against the wall or else the whole unit would flip off the ground.
I am shocked at how useless this item is. It is a complete waste of money.

This product is absolutely useless. It goes together pretty easily, you will likely have to bend it a bit to get it to stay flat on the floor.
The problem with it is that it constantly falls over. It can't hold adult bikes. Also since it doesn't come with a way to anchor to the floor if you are putting mountain bikes in it then you will not be able to get a bike out of it without dragging the rack around. We bought 2 of these and no combination of adults or kids bikes worked. I will be returning both of them.
Do not purchase this product.

Wouldn't go together right

I returned this item. The holes would not line up with the brackets and I hated the way the racks are at an angle to the base - makes the whole thing look bent. I would still like a dual bike rack, but this one isn't going to be it. Please offer something better.

The worst!

Not sure what they were thinking when they designed this. It's also not exactly as pictured. The actual rack is built at a slight angle.
I bought 2 & returned them both. One was missing parts and didn't even have enough screws to put it together. The other package actually had 2 of the 4 bottom cross rails cut at the wrong length!
Finally, even if you use the wide setting, it probably won't be wide enough for most adult mountain bike tires.
If you are foolish enough to want one, they are located in hardware with storage stuff, not in sporting equipment area.

i was glad to see this new product out as i was looking for something exactly like it.. holds 2 bikes securely in place without letting frames scratch... 2 tire width pieces included so you can use fat or skinny tires. I am about to purchase a second unit. Also it can fit easily in your cargo bay area if you have an SUV and keep 2 bikes upright if you have enough space. my only beef is that the rubber feet are pretty useless, should have been a different design with the feet, they fall off frequently.
Yes, I recommend this product.
