I have some of the same complaints as others. I managed to get mine assembled without cone wrenches, and this will work to move stuff around. However, you have to manually screw down each leveling foot, requiring the user to use a level to fine tune. You have to raise them again to move the unit, necessitating re-levelling with each move. Maybe OK for stuff you only need occasionally, but a real PITA for frequently used machines. I kept mine, but in hindsight, I would pass on this.
No, I do not recommend this product.

A: The dimension of 0571628 of the mobile base as below 1. Minimum square size 305 x 305mm(12"x12"). 2. Maximum square size 914 x 914mm(36"x36"). 3. Maximum rectangle size 508 x 1320mm(20"x52"). It can be expanded from 12"x12" to 20"x52", and adjusts in 1 inch increments If your miter saw stand's length and width can fit inside the mobile base's maximum rectangle size of 508 x 1320mm(20"x52"), it is OK; otherwise, the miter saw stand's 52-inch length will not fit.

A: will not expand enough but could be easily modified using light angle iron on predrilled angle iron that many hardware stores sell.

A: No they do not. They have feet that are supposed to hold wheels off floor when u lower wheels......mine however did not work and was very frustrating.

Q: would your product number 57-1628-8 universl mobile base be suitable for supporting an upright freezer,with outside dimensions of 30"x30" x 58" tall. also what is the depth of the side rails.

A: As long as the freezer at it's fullest is under 400 lbs, the mobile base would be suitable for a 30"x30" item. Not sure about "depth" of side rails, but you need 1.5" clearance minimum for the fixed wheels/rubber stops along 2 sides, and a *minimum* of 4.5" on whichever side you put the mobile caster wheels. You may need to add a bit more clearance to your measurements to accomodate the nut/bolts joining the rails on the inside of the base... So with 1.5" clearance on 2 sides, and making your base 31"x31" to accomodate the nuts/bolts inside, you would probably need 34" clearance to move the freezer in an out of a space (and some manoeuvre room if turning is necessary). If you put the caster wheels with brakes at the front of the freezer, you could go almost flush to the wall in the back (although most uprights need some clearance in the back).

A: 1. Adjusts in 1 in. increments. It can be adjusted from minimum square size 12"x12" to maximum square size 36"x36",so it is ok for aprox.size 22x22". 2.This product of max loading is 396lb, that it is ok for Wgt.70lbs. See image below:

Q: How to get it level? I bought one of these. Is there a way to make it level in the locked position??

Q: Will it work on a tool stand - base is 36 X 34 I Have a steel tool stand that measures 36" X 34" at the bottom. Will this unit hold it? IF not - can I add longer brackets? where would I get them? Thanks

A: The maximum square dimensions for this product is 36” x 36”. You should not have any issue mounting their tool measured at 36” x 34”.
