hobby grade grinder good price

Its alright as a hobby grade grinder. The fitment is ok. The tool rests are at a set angle which is not ideal for sharpening blades, otherwise works good.

Q: Do you have to bolt the grinder to the surface it's on to use it? Or can I set it on pretty well any safe surface to use it?
