rusted out extremely fast

inside and out side rusted out in less then one year.my last kettle I had for over 15 years before that happened. do not buy extremely thin metal

Stylish and Solid Kettle — Just a Bit Hard to Clean Inside

looks great on my stovetop — the red finish and stainless steel design are very attractive. It feels sturdy, heats water quickly, and the heat-resistant handle makes pouring safe and easy.
The only downside is that the opening is a bit narrow, so cleaning the inside can be tricky. Other than that, it performs well and adds a nice pop of color to the kitchen. Overall, a solid and good-looking kettle for everyday use.

A: We use our exclusively on a gas stove and it works fine. Just keep the flame from coming up the sides or it will discolour.
