Missing lid locks, Cuisinart doesn’t care.

I bought this salad spinner, the locks were missing for the lid. There’s a piece of paper from the company saying to contact them and to not
return the product. Well I have contacted them several times, included pictures and have not heard back from them. I do not have my receipt, so now I am stuck with an incomplete unit. Sure it will still work, but it’s not what I paid for and I want my missing pieces or a new unit.
Cuisinart does not seem to care, or else their customer support team is busy due to their lack of quality control.
No, I do not recommend this product.
