We returned the waffle maker which was a Christmas gift ( which you spoiled with asking for a review before I received it) because the picture showed the waffle so thin and that is not what we wanted

The waffle iron is not hot enough.. Waffles are not crisp but rather 'soggy' I have tried several recipes but nothing works. Would not recommend

Q: Master Chef Round Non-Stick waffle maker- is it a "Belgian Waffle" maker or traditional size - like good ol' Eggo waffles? (I'm looking for the smaller size waffles.)

A: Heart shaped waffles are a Scandinavia Waffle style, which are typically thinner than our regular North American Waffle and much thinner than a Belgian Waffle.

A: There is no actual volume data because of the difference of recipe. But you can determin by visual that batter can cover the plate but notice not to over the rim.

Q: How do I lock the lid for storage? I can’t see any mechanism for locking it but manual says « lock the appliance by snapping the handle fastener into the handle. » There is no fastener.
