A Dutch Oven Worth It's Weight in Gold!

I bought this dutch oven to inspire me to more daring cooking efforts. That strategy worked like a charm. And this oven has met and exceeded my expectations. There is a certain magic in dropping in the first ingredients, smelling the aroma, stirring the main ingredients, and letting the oven do its work. It heats quickly and evenly and produces exactly the results the recipe predicted. Recommended. Highly recommended!

Nice and thick

Nice product, thick material. Has enamel lining. Does not stick, allows to raise the heat, cuts down on cooking time. Maintains heat for a very long time, made a casserole that finished cooking around 2:30 put the lid on it, was just the right temperature by supper time.

Q: Received demo model, so no box/instructions. 2 questions: (1) The interior is enamel coated, does this need to be seasoned before usel? If so, what is the best way to do it? (2) Can this be placed in the oven empty, to preheat for baking bread?
