Doesn’t keep food warm. I heated it with very hot water and waited 5 minutes before removing the water and adding my hot soup. I placed the container in an insulated lunch bag and went directly to class. A 5 minute drive onboard warm day. I kept the container on my desk, in the insulated lunch bag, for an hour. The soup was lukewarm when I opened the flask. I tried to return it but Canadian Tire would not give me money back or even a store credit. It’s in the trash at the store now. BTW. It’s on Clearance, September 2023, and it’s obvious why they are getting rid of them. They are supposed to keep food warm for 4 hour. No way. Do NOT waste your money
