MASTER Chef E480 Jet Black Gas BBQ

BBQ cooks nicely BUT if your cooking with low heat a small amount of wind will easily blow out the burners. the grill doesn't fit well in the body so it bangs around when you're brushing it. the locking casters have to be installed on the back so they can be a pain to set the brake, and even with the brakes on the unit moves easily on the caster pivots. there are hooks inside the cabinet doors to hang your bbq utensils but they need to be very small to take advantage of them.

I was pleased with the serve offered by the Tillsonburg store. After transporting the BBQ home and doing the assemble, I am happy to report the instructions were very accurate and the completed BBQ preformed exceptionally before a hungry audience.

We really like this BBQ but the gas hose and connection are not the same size as our last BBQ. No one at Canadian Tire store could help us. It can't be connectd directly to our gas connector as it's too small.

So far I am very happy with the purchase although i have only had it a few days. It took me just under 2 hours to put it together on my own and it is not one of those stressful builds like some Ikea furniture. The worst bit was the labeling of the parts was a bit confusing but the pictures and diagrams are really good so i just went of that more then looking for a part number. All the hardware screws are in a pack very clearly labeled which made it easy to know which bolt and nut went where. You will need two people to lift the bbq on the stand but other then that it was really stress free. I have the natural gas version and it heats really well and cooks evenly. For a mid entry level bbq its worth the money and I hope to get a few years out of it. I went for this one as master chef have very good customer support so when it comes to replacing parts I know it will be hassle free. If i find anything negative I will come back on and update but so far im really impressed with the quality and it has some of the best instructions ive seen very clear with the end user in mind.

We bought this BBQ at Canadian Tire, used it 5 days a week, so far, for our family of 6, and it is awesome! Easy to use and clean, give tasty meat... my husband enjoyed now 'barbequing' with gas even when he is dead tired after his job! Best purchase so far!!
