I'd originally purchased the 12-inch pan. Then, this one came on special. My goal is to make Cornbread: the 12-inch would be too large for that. Anyway, this looks like it'll be fine. Hubby says the bottom is "too rough," but I think it will be fine. (I followed other directions for seasoning)
