Okay, but not worth the money

a year ago

It works but not really well. The loops go around my duffel bag and over the handle at the top of my wheeled suitcase, but any twisting motion causes the duffel bag to slip off to one side or the other. For this to be really effective it needs a strap or bungy on both sides allowing you to anchor the duffel on the top of the suitcase.
