A: Yes. It is stated on the label This oil is approved for Motorcycle transmissions and wet clutches Look for JASO MA/MA2 approved oils Since it is not shared with engine lubrication in your motorcycle there are some better choices out there such as SHELL ROTELLA Diesel 15W40 or OEM Yamalube Trans. Oil I have used SHELL ROTELLA 15W40 since the 1970’s. CTC usually stocks it

A: This is for 4 stroke motors only. We do however offer an excellent 2 cycle oil to be mixed with gasoline for 2 cycle applications.

A: I don't know what your small generator requires, but this oil is specifically for motorcycles that have a wet clutch. It has a special additive for that and may or may not damage your generator.

A: If you have a YZ 250 2-Stroke, I'd recommend running our Semi Syn 2 Cycle oil. If you have the YZ 250F 4-Stroke you need to use our Lucas SAE 10W/40 Motorcycle Oil.

A: If you are referring to using the 5W20 Motorcycle Oil as a substitute for automotive oil, it can be used but it is not recommended. It has a different chemistry and there may be a disadvantage as the motorcycle oil has no friction modifiers and much different detergent levels. Not recommended but possible.

A: All motorcycle specific oils that are JASO MA or MA2 rated are safe for use with wet clutches. This is a very broad answer. More specific information is usually required to give an educated answer. Thank you.
