!It works great for me

I actually have two of them. I am on my way to buy four more for my parents. I respect the other review but actually, I think that there was a problem during installation; probably not clean or dry enough beforehand?
Anyways, my experience is totally different.

Looks nice but works terribly

It's super hard to lock it. Once it was locked on a smooth glass surface, it fell. I'm going to return it right now!
