The thick aluminum core provides superior even heating, the hammered stainless steel exterior adds visual interest and durability, and the premium stainless steel interior is hygienic and non-porous. Riveted hollow cast handles allow for a sturdy grip and this set is oven safe up to 204°C. Q: How thick is the inner layer of stainless steel in this 3 ply set? I've read reviews on other sets thar it wore quickly and exposed the underlying aluminum core.

10 years agoA: If your food is sticking, you have the heat too high! The instructions tell you NOT to be used on high heat.

2 years agoA: I am sorry that I have no way of knowing the answer, but I can guarantee that it is nowhere near 4mm. But I can say that this is the very best cookware we’ve ever had. It is very heavy and durable and built so well; heats very quickly all the way up the sides so everything cooks quicker and with much less heat. We use it on an induction cooktop.

4 years agoA: YES! This is precisely why I had to buy them! We moved houses and my new home has an induction stove. I am thrilled with my new pots and pans. Not only do they look gorgeous they also work perfectly on my induction stove.
