Q: How thick is the inner layer of stainless steel in this 3 ply set? I've read reviews on other sets thar it wore quickly and exposed the underlying aluminum core.

Q: Are they non-stick? Is the set non-stick? I know it is stainless steel, but how do the pots do with substances sticking to them and how easy are they to clean?

A: If your food is sticking, you have the heat too high! The instructions tell you NOT to be used on high heat.

A: I am sorry that I have no way of knowing the answer, but I can guarantee that it is nowhere near 4mm. But I can say that this is the very best cookware we’ve ever had. It is very heavy and durable and built so well; heats very quickly all the way up the sides so everything cooks quicker and with much less heat. We use it on an induction cooktop.

A: YES! This is precisely why I had to buy them! We moved houses and my new home has an induction stove. I am thrilled with my new pots and pans. Not only do they look gorgeous they also work perfectly on my induction stove.
