Quick and Adjustable Kettle

Won't buy again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have brought 2 of these kettles in 3 years. The last one wouldn't turn itself off after boiling. First kettle handle broke and a near miss of boiling water over me. Contacted customer service and told it was out of its 12 month warranty i sent through receipt. I have since thrown kettle out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is our third one!! We’ve had to replace the last one owing to a weak plastic spring retainer inside the lid which has broken. I’ve tried to repair it using a strong composite glue but unfortunately wasn’t compatible with the steam.

It is not a durable KA product

The kettle stopped heating after a few years, I am disappointed as I have my entire Kitchen with KitchenAid products that are durable and good quality. Unfortunately, the kettle is the last product I bought and it has a shorter life. Also, KitchenAid doesn't support the repair service.
