Slow cooker ruined dinner

I'm not an expert slow cooker user but I have used them before. I have the KSC622 cooker. I had to cook a big meal so I bought a cheap one to have two running. Set the same amount of food and set to the same temperature. After 10 hours of cooking the cheap one came out great but the KitchenAid was very undercooked. Ruined a very important dinner. Later I filled the cooker with water and set on high for several hours. I put a thermometer and the highest temp was 185f. Medium was about 160 and low was about 150ish. I only used it twice and it failed me twice and wasted a lot of expensive food. Never buying another KitchenAid slow cooker.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Fine until it broke

This worked fine until it broke. It’s riveted together and not made to repair, so we had to throw it out. Gone are the days of Kitchenaid products being built to last. We replaced it with another brand and no longer buy Kitchenaid.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Uniform cooking is great !

I love my crockpot so much that I bought my daughter one . If there’s any observation it’s that you really have to cook on high for a few hours to get food hot and bubbly. Then you can reduce temp . My daughter noticed the same thing . Still love this crock pot and it’s not an issue

Yes, I recommend this product.
