i love this thing. why does anyone ever use a handheld grater when theres less chance of cutting your hands with this, the cleaning is equal effort, and everyone loves a good visual cheese grating on their food. totally worth owning.

Q: Can this grate cinnamon sticks or nutmeg?

A: This rotary grater is not ideal for cinnamon or nutmeg. Usually with those food items you want the output really fine, per what would result from using a hand zester. The fine drum on the rotary grater is not fine enough. We would recommend a zester grater for those food items.

Q: what size are the holes in what looks like a fine grater drum ; to grate carrots for children need to be 2mm or less
