Great mixer!

Love this mixer and its smaller footprint. It’s done everything I’ve asked of it, from normal mixing to dough mixing, to making dough sheets and homemade pasta! Thank you Kitchenaid!

(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) i got this a month ago as an anniversary gift i love it its perfect for when i am making small batches and it will fit perfectly in my travel trailer for when we travel. I also have a larger 5 quart lift bowl pro series model which i have had for a few years and it works awesome when i need to mix large batches .I am very very happy with all the kitchen aid counter top appliances that i own i have never had any issues with any of them they all out preform any other appliance i have owned in the past. I will continue to buy kitchen aid brand and would highly recommend them to everyon.

Good machine, just a quart shy of what I expected

Q: Is the KitchenAid Artisan Mini stand big enough to make bread dough in and what is the maximum capacity.

A: Hello Susan, Thank you for your question! The maximum capacity of this stand mixer is 3.5 quart (3.3 L). It includes flat beater, dough hook, wire whip and bowl. It has enough capacity to mix up to 5 dozen cookies, a loaf of bread, a batch of guacamole, pulled pork and more. Additionally, it is powerful enough (250 watts) for nearly any task or recipe, whether you’re stirring wet and dry ingredients together, kneading bread dough or whipping cream.
