    Durable and user friendly

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this for my husband to make smoothies every morning, and he uses it without fail every time. He ans I are both physically disabled, so ease of handling/user-friendliness is a must. It's also fantastically durable.

    Powerful Blender, But the Hold-Down Button Is Diff

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really love my KitchenAid immersion blender! It works great, blends smoothly, and feels well-made and durable. I've been very happy with its performance overall. My only complaint is that you have to continuously hold down the power button while using it. I have some arm weakness, and keeping pressure on the button the entire time can be difficult and uncomfortable. A lock-on feature or hands-free option would make it much easier to use for those with limited hand or arm strength. Other than that, it's a fantastic product and one I use often

It was easy to assemble and easy to clean up and super efficient to help make delicious soups with a creamy base. I am very happy with this appliance and would recommend it to all who enjoy making delightful dishes for family to enjoy.

    Good Immersion Blender

    [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this awhile back, and I am very pleased with it. The one problem I had was, in setting it up, a piece was showed in the manual that was not in the box. I called about it, and it turns out it was an old manual. It was no big deal really, but I did have to wait a couple hours on hold for the call to go through.
