i liked it because i avoid "non stick" coatings as much as i can, and from what i gather these use a ceramic or glass coating, and its big, and has a top that you could use as a second roast pan if you wanted to.

Q: Will this fit in a 17" wide oven. My oven is only about 17" wide so need to know if this will fit as can not afford an expensive one!!! Also if I bought an oval rack, would it fit inside the pan?
