Q: Is it compatible with a 1985 Bombardier Citation with a 250 cc engine & no electric start (so no battery)? I keep blowing bulbs so I think replacing the rectifier/ regular will solve the problem.

A: This sku number does not fit the model you use. In our assortment, the electric parts we have that do fit your vehicle are 126-0268 (external ignition coil), 126-0253 (Voltage Regulator) and 126-0264 (CDI Unit). Without inspecting the machine, we cannot confirm if these will fix your problem. But these are the items that fit your application.
