Almost as good as the original factory speakers

Bought these to fit in the dash of a Saab 900 classic as one of the original drivers tested as dead. Replaced the dead one with the Kicker and noticed the magnet is smaller than the original. Switching from Left (Kicker) to Right (original) they sounded almost the same except the Kicker is slightly quieter likely due to the lower sensitivity. They are the only drivers with low profile tweeters which is necessary for this install. If you are looking to improve your existing car speakers these are not for you.

Go with pioneer they sound so much better. These sound very tinny and cheap. The stock speakers I have from 1989 sound better than these.

Very Surprised!

Have an old 1985 380SL Benz with stock speakers where obviously showing their age regarding performance. Went to Canadian Tire and this is all they had in stock for a 4" speaker which would fit my car. Didn't what to shop around too much and didn't want to spend a lot of money as this is a seasonal car. They fit perfect, wiring was easy, overall, plug and play. Tested them before I put the panel cover on and was pleasantly surprised on how good they sound. Night and Day from the stock speakers. Definitely recommend these for the price.
