    K&N over oil their filters and some manufacturers blame them in warranty disputes. I learned about all this too late

    Did not fit my ram 5.7

    Purchased to replace my engine air filter, went to install and did not fit. Thought it was just me but after measuring it come to find out that it was a 1/4" bigger. Called store and the lady said bring it back. So returned it and the cleaner since they did not have any left. K&N in mind is not the same as it once was with their quality control. I have always used K&N in all my vechicles not to gain anything really but just being able to wash and reuse is my thing. Guess I will stick to paper filters for this vechicle. I would grab a stock filter before leaving store and verify it is in fact the same size to anyone looking to purchase now.

    No, I do not recommend this product.
