Took a while, but finally got it

I like the product but had some issues receiving it. The first time I went in to purchase it the sales clerk said the computer was incorrect and there was no stock. Next time I saw there were more on thier website and ordered one, apparently he never let the stote know they were out and I waited three weeks for it to arrive. The product is great, can,t say the same for the sales clerk.

Too expensive, no spray bottle

Price has drastically increased and I mistakenly purchased the cabin air filter kit, (didn't realize there was a kit for the cabin) So I go back and purchase correct kit and the oil bottle isn't,t a spray bottle anymore,, use far too much oil this way trying to cover filter..Will Not purchase this again!!

Q: Why does your website require vehicle information to buy a filter cleaning kit? No matter what vehicle, year or model I select from the drop down menus I am told that this does not fit my vehicle and I am unable to buy it. This makes no sense, please fix.

A: Hi there, due to Ontario stores re-opening this past weekend there was an error with these cleaning kits and not allowing customers to purchase online. We do apologize for this inconvenience. However, as stores process orders and you are able to purchase online again both the air & cabin air cleaning kits will become available without any sort of vehicle input required.
