Charging case insufficient protection, ope on top

Cant use at the beach and definitely need to protect against anything getting into charging/_storage case.... cant put them in a pocket or putse.

To search for it on the app, the first step is to make sure that the earbuds are connected to your device via Bluetooth. You can also try to clear any cache from the app, uninstall and reinstall the app from the source device, and then power cycle your mobile device twice before reinstalling the app and connecting it to your JBL Vibe Buds again. Please ensure to enable your location services and app permissions upon installing the app. If these steps don't work, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

It isn't recommended to be used with gaming consoles as you may experience audio-video delays. We would recommend our JBL Quantum series of Headphones instead.

You may also shut down unused Bluetooth devices away from other sources of wireless signals that could overlap your connection, such as Wi-Fi signals from Wi-Fi routers.
