Comme dit dans d'autre commentaires, le casque est assez fragile, j'ai casser le fait qu'il fonctionne en usb c et le rgb en une chute d'un demi mettre et ce moins de 6 mois après l'avoir acheter. Et puis maintenant des années après son achat, il est user certes mais le plastique est très abimer et finira par lâcher d'un jour à l'autre... Dommages car micro bien et son aussi...

  • A: Bonjour, Si vos amis ne vous entendent pas, assurez-vous d'abord que votre micro n'est pas coupé, puis vérifiez dans les paramètres du casque que la sourdine automatique n'est pas réglée sur Élevé (essayez de désactiver la sourdine automatique). Vérifiez vos paramètres audio : accédez à Paramètres > Général > Volume et sortie audio et assurez-vous que l'option « Micro casque » est activée.
