I bought it two weeks ago and now it’s not working and the manufacturer doesn’t pick up the phone. Canadian Tire say they are not responsible for the warranty as it is provided by the manufacturer. Well, you shouldn’t sell products with such terrible customer service. This is outrageaous.

A: I couldn't find an application but there is a Bluetooth logo on it. This could mean that there is one. I was asking myself this question too. I think so but there is no way of knowing what the application is.

Q: My izip scooter I got to ride for ten minutes after opening it then it stopped started beeping and doesn't excelerate. All it does is beep when I turn it on and nothing else. Doesn't say anything in the manual or on internet on why this is happenings

Q: I recently got the iZip commute E-Scooter, and when I rode on it, it went great. But I noticed that my speed was being capped at 7 in normal mode and 12 in sport mode. Does anyone know a fix to this?

Q: I went to canadian tire the other day but nobody was around to help me Can I trade out the tire for air ones so my ride is a bit smoother cause right now with all the cracks in TBD sidewalk my hands become numb .

A: Hello, these particular E-scooters have solid rubber honey comb tires that are designed to prevent getting a flat. We currently do not sell or replacement tires these models that are air-filled.

Q: Why does the led dash show a third mode and a Bluetooth sign aslo it shows a timer and a lock please tell tell me why I see these and how to use them?

A: The display shows a third mode and Bluetooth symbol which is a place holder since the LCD display is a general purpose component that is used for other e-bikes and e-scooters models. The Commute does not have a third mode or Bluetooth functionality so these options have not been programed to the LCD display. - The timer symbol referenced is not a timer symbol but a cruise control symbol. When the symbol appears, this means the cruise control is activated. When cruise control is de-activated this symbol will disappear. - The LCD display shows a lock symbol which is a place holder since the LCD display is a general purpose component that is used for other e-bikes and e-scooters models The lock is not programmed for the Commute model so it can be ignored.
