Ivory Gentle Bar Soap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ivory's Gentle Bar Soap was simple to use, with a nice, refreshing and slightly herbal scent. It lathered up quickly and was not overly stripping to the skin - a classic product! Enjoy to see that the bar soap is free of parabens, phthalates, heavy perfumes and is dermatologist tested. It's also plant based, if that is important to you as a consumer. Great value product in a 12 pack.

Disappointment

I am very disappointed with Ivory soap. It looks like lye has been added. It is no longer white. The bar is substantially smaller. It never had a fragrance, I love that, but now there's a faint odor or feel to it. It may not do animal testing in the process; but I prefer the Ivory soap of old.
